4. "Let's dance." I.p. – standing, hands with dumbbells below, legs apart. 1-2 – turn to the right (left), arms with dumbbells to the sides. 3-4 – i.p. (6 times)

5. “Look around.” I.p. - kneeling, feet together, hands with dumbbells on hips. 1-2 – turn to the right, hands with dumbbells to the right. 3-4 – i.p. The same to the left (6 times).

6. “Glomerulus”. I.p. – lying on your back, arms with dumbbells along the body. 1-2 – bend your legs, head to your knees, clasp your knees with dumbbells. 3-4 – i.p. (4 times)
