“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Confucius The world is unique, beautiful and amazing, you just need to learn to see this beauty and take care of it! In any case, I look at the world with love! Everything in this world is not accidental! Once upon a time, I completely unexpectedly chose a profession for myself, but time passed and I realized that it was not an accident, but a happy accident! After all, it is here, in kindergarten, that life does not stand still and every day is unique! I love my profession very much!

Children's understanding comes with experience, in the process of long-term systematic work. Improving the quality of educational activities largely depends on increasing the level of professional skills, competence, the ability to analyze one’s work, and take a creative approach to the choice of educational methods. In my work I actively use the following modern pedagogical technologies: Health-saving Technologies of a person-centered approach Technologies of problem-based learning Technologies of project activities Fairytale therapy ICT
Slide 7
My achievements: Active interest in the eyes of children, excitement, smiles - it’s so wonderful! There is nothing more beautiful than this moment - And you understand: “You worked not in vain!” I’m afraid I won’t be able to place all my diplomas, diplomas and certificates as a teacher on the page of this presentation. The most precious thing for me is the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Amur Region.

A kindergarten is a garden where trees stand in a row and children grow on every branch, ruddy, happy, loud, pugnacious, attached to bows, like candy wrappers on a Christmas tree, and laughing and buzzing, like bees in May... What is a kindergarten, I , of course I know ! E. Chapovetsky How quickly time flies... it would seem that they just came to us as very little children and we are already seeing them off to school... My first graduates already have their own children who go to our kindergarten - and life goes on!

In my work I try to adhere to the commandments of reasonable education (author - A. Tolstykh): 1. Never raise in a bad mood 2. Clearly define what you want from your child and explain it to him. 3. Give your child independence, do not control his every step. 4. Don’t show a ready-made solution, but show possible paths to it. 5. Don't miss the moment when you achieve your first success. 6. Point out to the child the mistake he made and try to make him realize it. 7. Evaluate the action, not the person. 8. Let the child feel (smile, touch that you sympathize with him, believe in him, despite the mistake). 9. Education is a sequence of goals. 10. The teacher must be firm, but kind.

“Children are the flowers of life!” I wish you all, dear colleagues, long life and a sea of flowers! Rejoice and enjoy every moment of communicating with these wonderful flowers! Good luck to everyone!
Teacher of the Year. Presentation of work experience. Educator
Slide 1
Hello, dear members of the jury, dear colleagues, I bring to your attention a presentation of my teaching experience on the topic: “The use of active pedagogical technologies for the successful socialization and resocialization of SUVU students.”
Slide 2
“Raising a child correctly and normally
much easier than re-educating.”
Words of the outstanding Soviet teacher Anton Semenovich Makarenko
, which reflect the main essence of the work of our teaching staff.
Slide
Currently, one of the main national priorities of the Russian Federation is to ensure a prosperous and protected childhood, preserve and strengthen the health of children and youth, and ensure the safety of their life.
Special closed educational institutions are an important link in the system of rehabilitation and adaptation of minors who are in conflict with the law.
Offenses, bad habits, addictions—this is what teenagers bring to the Oryol SUVU.
Slide 3
While organizing educational work, I encountered contradictions in my activities between:
1. A wide range of resocialization tasks and a low initial level of socialization of pupils
2. On the one hand, preventive work should be aimed at reviving spiritual and moral traditions, family values, on the other hand, families of pupils in most cases are disadvantaged and often do not cooperate.
Slide 4
Therefore, the main goal of my work is to organize conditions for the successful socialization and resocialization of students.
To achieve this goal, tasks were identified, which are reflected on the slide:
Slide 5
At the beginning of the school year, specialists from the comprehensive support service conducted diagnostic studies: The results showed that 27% of students have a low level of self-esteem, 12% of children have a high level of aggressiveness and hostility, and 20% of students have a low level of social adaptation.
The diagnostic results serve as the basis for finding ways to eliminate the causes and shortcomings in the development of pupils, changing the environment in the interests of the child, building a process that promotes the development and socialization of the individual.
The longer I work at the Oryol SUVU, the more I am convinced that all children are different and the life of one teenager can be very different from the life of another due to special circumstances, developmental characteristics, health and psyche.
The standard approach to raising such teenagers is not suitable; it is necessary to use new technologies, methods and forms of work that are interesting and attractive for teenagers, multifunctional in their capabilities.
I plan educational activities in the main areas:
Slide 6
-Labor and environmental education is aimed at helping students master self-service skills, socially useful work, and environmental literacy.
During the year, the social and labor project “We Can Do It!” was implemented, where the children themselves repaired furniture, household equipment and a slide on the territory of the institution. During the year, the projects “Atelier - small repair workshop” and “Creation of a corner of wildlife” were implemented, we carried out labor landings, and implemented the “Clean Forest” project.
By the end of the year, the students gained self-care skills, experience in performing small carpentry work, caring for plants and animals, and firmly understood that any work is honorable.
Slide 7
-Civil and patriotic education is carried out within the framework of the program “I am a citizen and a patriot”, which includes events such as “Dedicated to the memory of the victims of Beslan...”, “Extremism and terrorism - the problem of the 21st century”, Game “Legal Brain Ring”, actions : immortal regiment, memory watch, etc.
The social video “We defended the world, we will preserve the world” became the winner in the All-Russian military historical marathon “Heroes of the Fatherland”, as well as in the Municipal competition “War. Victory!! Memory!!!". Thus, children received initial ideas about moral norms and rules of behavior in society, including ethical norms of relationships between peoples and states, learned to adequately respond to negative manifestations in society, and analyze the moral side of their actions and the actions of other people.
Slide 8
-Spiritual and moral education of children based on Russian traditional values is carried out through the program “My Home, My Family, My Land, My Motherland.” We hold events such as “I love you, my Fatherland”, “A family is strong when there is only one roof over it”, “Essay competition “I am a citizen of Russia” and others.
As a result, the student develops as an individual and his life positions and values are reassessed.
Slide 9
— Cultural and aesthetic education includes educational individual and group conversations, correspondence excursions “To museums and exhibition halls.”
My students are active participants in various exhibitions and art festivals. We especially remember the meeting with the artists of the folk theater (the creative team of the Central House of Culture and Culture). This is how the idea of creating our own theater was born.
All this allows you to develop the child’s positive inner position, his creative imagination and the desire to create on his own.
Slide 10
-Fostering family values
In 70% of cases, students come to us from dysfunctional and asocial families, most often their concept of “family” and “family values” is distorted. It is my task to try to change this situation.
We touch upon the topics: “Family and its functions”, “Spiritual and moral foundations of the family”; “Household work in the family”, we conduct quest games “Parental home - the beginning of the beginning”, live story evenings “Grow your soul, man!” based on the works of Valentina Aleksandrovna Oseeva with role-playing reading and discussion, Campaigns “Thank you for everything”, “Gift for Mom”.
In the process of implementing the program, children master social roles in the family, norms and rules of family living.
Slide 11
The program “Formation of a culture of healthy and safe lifestyle”, in the implementation of which all structural units of UVU are involved, plays an important role in the physical development of children.
The campaigns “We are for a healthy lifestyle”, “Let’s say: NO to bad habits!”, participation in a poster competition on healthy lifestyle, in competitions where children take prizes, give everyone the opportunity to express themselves.
Prevention of the use of surfactants is an important area of my work. The performance “The Last Show of Karabas Barabas” evoked a strong emotional reaction from the audience and actors.
All this work contributes to the successful resocialization of adolescents.
You can talk a lot with our teenagers about the dangers of smoking, drinking, and drug use, but in order to achieve the desired result, it is necessary to develop in them a sense of self-esteem and understanding: “Why, in fact, shouldn’t you drink and smoke?” after all, every prohibition and every rule must be filled with meaning.
Methods and forms of work are the tools with which I help “improve” the personality of students.
Slide 12
The most effective, in my opinion, are interactive forms of work: competitions, promotions, role-playing and business games, theatrical performances.
It is especially important during the adaptation period for a newly arrived student to include him in the process of active creativity.
During this period, it is necessary to create an atmosphere of comfort for each child in the team, relieve excessive anxiety, promote mutual understanding, provide help and support.
The joint creative activity of teachers and students contributes to the emergence of group traditions.
The technology of “Social Theater” occupies a special place in my work.
Slide 13
In the process of theatricalization, we hold live story evenings “Grow in Soul, Man!”, staged a play based on the fairy tale “12 Months” - about the problems and consequences of vagrancy and antisocial behavior, and a play “The Last Show of Karabas Barabas” - about the dangers of drug use. Currently, preparations are underway for the play “You Are Not Alone” about relationships with people with disabilities.
Theatrical action provides an opportunity for self-discovery, self-knowledge, and self-development. Through the character, it is easier for a teenager to work with his own feelings and evaluate different models of behavior.
By the end of the year, the children were able to evaluate their actions and behavior as honestly as possible, they became more open, many had increased self-esteem, and the children began to feel their own importance in the team and society.
All my work with children constantly poses questions to me, forces me to look for solutions, and stimulates positive communication between teenagers. I study with them, get to know them from a new side to me.
Slide 14
Over the course of the year, we achieved good results, which were shown by repeated diagnostics at the end of the year.
The positive dynamics of socialization convinces of the correctness of the chosen path to solve the assigned problems.
I believe that my experience can be applied not only to SUVU, but to all educational institutions.
Slide 15 (my achievements)
Professionals are not born - they become as a result of intense searches.
The desire to do your job well, an active life position, advanced training, and constant self-development are the stages of professionalism. I think it’s important to put my soul into what I do here and now.
Slide
Thank you for attention.
