Goal: Formation of an idea of the heroic past of the Russian people of Ancient Rus', the great Russian heroes - defenders of the Russian land.
Tasks. Improve motor skills and basic movement skills. Develop physical qualities and expressiveness of motor actions. To foster patriotic feelings and love for the Motherland. Cultivate endurance, perseverance, and organization. To cultivate a sense of pride in the heroic strength of Russia, respect for Russian soldiers, and a desire to imitate them.
Equipment and inventory: sets of cards depicting the clothes and weapons of Russian heroes and modern soldiers, “sticks and horses,” hoops, a target and balls, a rope, jumping bags, large soft toys, swords.
A long time ago, on the site of the cities and villages where we now live, there were impenetrable forests full of animals and birds. Since ancient times, Slavs lived on this land. More than 1000 years ago, the Slavs founded their state, called Russia. Only very strong, hardy and brave people could live in harsh natural conditions. Such people were called Russians. The Russian land is rich and generous. She can do anything: feed you warm bread, give you spring water to drink, surprise you with her beauty. And she just can’t defend herself.
Since ancient times, it has been this way: as soon as an enemy came to our land, all Russian people, both old and young, rose up to fight him. Russian warriors have always been famous for their courage and bravery, heroic strength; fairy tales and epics were written about their exploits. Heroes lived among the Russians - the defenders of our Motherland in ancient times. Bogatyrs are people of immeasurable strength, stamina and courage who perform military feats. The heroes protected our Motherland from enemies - they stood at the outpost (border), no animal would slip past them unnoticed, no bird would fly by, much less an enemy would pass by.
When our boys grow up, they will also become worthy defenders of the Fatherland. And today I invite you to visit Mother Rus', to look at the Russian heroes, at their prowess and courage.

- Whether from the city of Murom, or from the village of Karacharov, a good fellow, a glorious hero, Ilya Muromets, leaves.
The clatter of hooves is heard, and a boy, Ilya Muromets, rides into the hall on a horse.
“The Cossack Ilya Muromets heard about the strong, mighty hero Dobrynya Nikitich and decided to test his heroic strength. So Ilya went into an open field, and the hero Dobrynya Nikitich galloped towards him.
The clatter of hooves is heard, Dobrynya Nikitich appears.
Ilya Muromets: Hello, good fellow! Tell me about your homeland and your fatherland!
Dobrynya: How will my damask sword tell you about this? How I will cut off your violent head!
“They jumped off their good horses and began to fight. They fought for two days, and on the third day Dobrynya asked for forgiveness.
Dobrynya: Don’t execute me Ilya Muromets, have mercy on my violent head. We will call ourselves brothers of the cross, we will ride across an open field, fight with evil spirits. Yes, protect our mother earth!
- A lot of time has passed or little, it is unknown. And just another hero was born in Rus' - Alyosha Popovich.
The clatter of hooves is heard, Alyosha Popovich appears.
“He grew by leaps and bounds. At that time, Tugarin, the king, got into the habit of visiting Rus'. Burn Russian lands, take girls captive. And Alyosha Popovich was hot, he shouted in a loud voice!
Alyosha Popovich: Where are you brave squad! Two deaths cannot happen, but one cannot be avoided. Let's free Mother Rus' from scourge!
- Ilya Muromets heard about it. We arrived in Kyiv-grad with Dobrynya. At a big feast, the heroes fraternized among themselves. The eldest was named Ilya Muromets, the middle one was Dobrynya Nikitich, and the youngest was Alyosha Popovich.
Bogatyrs: We will go and stand at the heroic outpost, we will defend the Russian land from enemies!
The heroes bow and leave.

“Then we need to get ready for a difficult, dangerous journey, where unusual adventures will await us, won’t you be scared?” I know that you are friendly and brave. Friendship will help us overcome all obstacles. But first, let's remember, before setting off on a long journey, what did the Russian hero have to choose?
- That's right, he had to choose the path to take. In fairy tales and epics, the hero always stood at a crossroads near a stone on which it was written where to go. Here on our road there is such a stone, on it it is written:
If you go to the right - Money and fame, if you go to the left - you will lose friends and you will not be brave. If you move straight, danger and a heroic outpost await.

“The heroes honestly defended the borders of Mother Rus', and in the hours when the evil spirits gathered their strength and licked their wounds. They organized heroic fights and fun between their squads. Today we will see their strength and prowess. Before the battle, each hero must prepare his weapon and warrior equipment.
Competition "Collect armor and weapons."
In front of each team, on the table there are scattered cards with the equipment of a Russian warrior and his weapons and cards with modern soldier’s clothing and weapons. There are empty tables at some distance from the teams. At the signal, the first player takes a card with equipment or weapons of a warrior of Rus' and runs to transfer it to an empty table. The next player does the same. The first team to complete the task and collect the cards correctly wins.
- First, warm up and walk over the bumps. You can’t step off them. The abyss is waiting for you there, friends.
Competition “Walk through the marshy swamps”
Teams need to go to the other side of the hall using small hoops.
- Every hero has a faithful assistant - a powerful and hardy hero’s horse. Now we will organize races on heroic horses.
Competition "Ride Your Horse".
.At the signal, the players sit astride them, jump to the turning chip and also return to the team. The first team to complete the task wins.
— Russian heroes always have a well-aimed bow and fast arrows at hand. And they shoot accurately.
Competition "Sharp Shooters".
In turn, each team performs a certain number of throws of small balls into horizontal hoops.
- From time immemorial, heroes were famous for their strength. I challenge everyone to the ropes! Let your muscles crack from exertion! Heroes on the left, on the right, quickly stand up and hold on to the rope tighter!
Competition "Tug of War".
Teams line up in columns facing each other and take the rope in their hands. At a signal, they perform a tug-of-war, trying to pull the opposing team over the line to their side.
- Now let’s rest a little, I propose a “Yes and No” competition. I will ask each team questions about our army. And you answer in unison “Yes!” if you agree with what we say, and say no in unison if you do not agree
