Goal and objectives: - to introduce high school students to information about the variety of professions, statistics and selection rules - to provide psychological and pedagogical support to students - to assist teenagers in determining their life plans and building an algorithm of actions Participants : students of senior school age (grades 9-10) Equipment and props: - multimedia equipment (projector, screen, laptop, speakers), - A-4 sheets, pens, markers, tokens for game participants, - musical accompaniment (songs about professions ).

We are glad to welcome you to the Palace of Children's Creativity. Today we have prepared for you a career guidance game with elements of the “World of Professions” training. All participants were divided into four groups, four teams. Please come up with a name for your team so that it relates to the theme of the event. (teams come up with names, introductions) 2. Opening remarks. Presenter: The goal of our event is to find out which professions are most in demand today, how to choose the right profession, what determines the choice of the appropriate profession. Choosing a profession is a really difficult and very responsible matter! The world of professions is extremely diverse, dynamic, changeable, and the demands placed on a person by the profession are steadily increasing. There are more than 40 thousand professions in the world, with about 500 new ones appearing every year and the same number dying off or changing beyond recognition. Professional human activity occupies approximately a third of every person’s life. This is a lot. Especially considering that we spend another third of our lives sleeping. To spend so much time doing what you love and interesting is happiness, which is quite achievable. To choose the right profession, you need to know your capabilities, professional interests and inclinations, as well as take into account the requirements of the profession and the market situation there. 3. They will talk about the features of their profession. You have the opportunity to ask questions that interest you. Today our guest is a representative of the newspaper “Priokskaya Pravda” Valeria Rudometova, she will talk about the modern profession of “journalist”, “editor”. (speech by a newspaper representative) Presenter: The profession of a psychologist is also in great demand today. The educational psychologist DDT (speech by a teacher-psychologist) will tell you about the features of this profession, and not only that. If you are able to combine “I want,” “I can,” and “I must,” then your professional choice will be successful. The main mistakes when choosing a profession. 6. What types of professions are there ? Presenter: Based on the subject of work, five types of professions can be distinguished. The subject of professions of the first type are people. Therefore, they were called “person-person” professions. These are: doctor, nurse, teacher, teacher, salesman. Klimov) (2 people from each team take the test, the remaining participants answer the leader’s questions). 8. Game “Name the profession” 1. This is a specialist in the field of human rights. He advises on various issues, helps to make transactions, helps to correctly draw up contracts (Lawyer). 2. This person is engaged in the design of shop windows, exhibitions, equips shop windows, and develops their design. (Stained glass artist) 3. This person must be able to type quickly and competently, draw up documents correctly, and must own a computer and other office equipment. (Secretary assistant). 4. His profession may seem easy, but the work of the whole team depends on it. This profession requires constant movement of the hands and strong nerves. They don’t always know him by sight, as they often see him from behind (Conductor). 7. Great demands are placed on his profession. Its main disadvantage is its negative impact on health. An occupational disease is hypertension, that is, low blood pressure. It is difficult for him to plan his personal life, since people of this profession are often absent from home (flight attendant, sailor).
