Recommendations for preserving and strengthening the health of students in the educational process

Self-massage of hands and fingers

active mechanical effect on nerve endings using various devices: massage balls, hexagonal pencils, pine and alder cones, walnuts, massage brushes. Kinesthetic impulses coming from the fingers change the functional state of the cerebral cortex, strengthening its regulatory and coordinating functions.

Music therapy

the effect of music on the human body for therapeutic purposes. In preschool age, the perception of individual musical works and sounds of nature helps to achieve a sedative or stimulating effect, depending on the goal of the teacher.

8.Sand therapy

– work with sand, stabilizing the emotional state of children. This type of therapy develops fine motor skills, stimulates tactile sensations, and normalizes muscle tone. Sand and warm water have a relaxing effect.

9.Bioenergoplasty

– synchronous rhythmic movements of the articulatory apparatus and hand. Joint movements of the hand and the articulatory apparatus help to activate the distribution of bioenergy in the body. This has a beneficial effect on enhancing the intellectual activity of children. Positive changes are noted in the form of improved performance, attention, memory, thinking, and speech.

10.Psycho-gymnastics

– a set of specially selected exercises aimed at developing and correcting the child’s emotional and personal sphere.

13.Chromotherapy

– the therapeutic effect of color on the human body. The energy of color has a positive effect on the child’s psyche, can create a certain emotional background, and has a stimulating, relaxing, calming effect.

The main goal of a preschool educational institution should be the formation of children's health, and, therefore, it is necessary to create a health-promoting space in a preschool educational institution. (slide No. 4)
